I wanted to share with you some photographs from our lay flat Press Print Books. The covers come in either Leather or Leather Photo Cover. The pages are a nice thick stock paper and have just a small gutter that divides the pages.

RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE THIS SATURDAY!!

Matthew is holding his 7th American Red Cross Blood Drive this Saturday at the Rush off Church Street In Burlington from 11 am until 4:30 pm. Please come out an donate and you will be helping to save up to 3 lives, what an incredible gift. Hyco Lake | Karin and Tyson

It is hard to believe that 2010 is coming to a close as just recently we did our last wedding of the year. We are busy with album orders, client meetings, ordering holiday prints as well as catching up on the blog. I know I have been a bit behind and there are so many wonderful couples/families that we need to post so..

We are so excited to bring you Karin and Tyson's engagement photographs. They both love Hyco Lake and being out on their boat and they wanted to do their photographs somewhere that was special to them. Tyson took us all out to the spot where he proposed to Karin on Hyco Lake by the power plant. It was a beautiful day with perfect blue skies and just a bit of chill in the air but it was quite spectacular being with both them on the lake. We stopped at several spots on the lake and then went onto the camp grounds to do a few more photographs. Tyson and Karin are such naturals in front of the camera, they are such a fun couple as they laughed and teased on another. We are looking forward to their wedding at Pine Lake Pavilion in April, until then here are a few from their day! Ciao, Michelle

Our last wedding of 2010 - Lora and Brian... We meet with Lora and Brian for the first time in Durham about a week before their wedding. They are one of the most easy going couples you will ever meet. They wanted their wedding to be a celebration of their love with just family, close friends, good food and very relaxed. On the rooftop of Solas surrounded by those they love Perry Hardison performed a beautiful ceremony under a blue sky and perfect weather. Afterwards, it was really important to Lora and Brian to get photographs of just the two of them. They both were a bit nervous about taking photographs and if they would be able to look natural for the camera. Well one look below and you will see that they look amazing. Thanks Lora and Brian for choosing us and making this the best day for our last wedding of the year!

One fantastic church - Duke Chapel - one amazing venue - Pine Lake Pavilion and Meng and Dongtao - an awesome couple who loved to have their photographs taken = a picture perfect day! On October 16th, Meng and Dongtao were married at Duke University Chapel. Because of the limited amount of time they had - they decided to meet up before hand to get many of the photographs we wanted to do. The lighting at Duke is so wonderful that you could photograph for ever there (at least I could). Blanche Williams was our wedding director at Duke and she simply was a sweetheart to work with. After the ceremony we headed to Pine Lake Pavilion for the rest of the evenings events. Here are a few of the photographs of their day please don't forget to leave the couple a comment or two!
