The Hayloft | Laura

Laura, a wedding dress, cowboy boots and the Hayloft - what a winning combination! There was no stopping Laura from going into some of the neatest places at The Hayloft _ In corn fields, on hay, on tractors, on top off old boxes. There is only one problem we had - we just (all) didn't want it to stop - it was just that much fun. Laura and her mother Debra have been a dream to work with from the moment we meet them - throughout Laura's bridal session we all laughed - joked and Matt and I did our normal stealing the bride from one another. Yesterday Laura married Bryson in a beautiful ceremony and we will be posting some of those photographs later in the week. We can't wait until next month for a trash the dress session. Laura, Bryson, wedding dress and two amazing animals in Laura's life - her horses. Until later... Ciao Bella!

Yates Mill Pond | Laura and Bryson

The evening air is just starting to get crisp tonight. My mind is going over the two incredible weddings we will be photographing this weekend. One of those being Laura and Bryson - 10-10-10. We have had the most fun time with Laura and Bryson. With the rainy season we have had - it took us quite a few times for us to meet up for their engagement session. When we did - it was at Yates Mill Pond and her Uncle's home which was just a bit up the road. Two locations that had some great places to photograph at. I wanted to share a few of their engagement session photographs and then next week - her Bridal photographs at the Hayloft. Miss Averi

Meet Miss Averi. I had photographed her parents (Todd and Emmi's) wedding, so when they asked me to take pictures of Averi I was so excited. Emmi is just one of the most sweetest people you will ever meet and is such a wonderful mom. Averi is Daddy's little girl, as she cuddled in his arms and just fell asleep. Castle McCulloch Jamestown NC | Kourtney & Chad

Kourtney and Chad will be getting married in October at the Crystal Gardens in Jamestown, North Carolina. So on what I think was one of the hottest days of the year we did their engagement session at Castle McCulloch. We had a few props to work with and had a great time putting them into their session. We did some fun bike photographs on the bridge - pictures when they were younger and and had some football fun out in front of the Castle - just casual and fun. Then we went inside and dressed it up a bit - I love the photograph of the inner Queens Chamber where Kourtney has Chad's hand and giving him a tug to follow her, she is just beaming. I think our favorite of the day has to be the umbrella shots. Just too cute! I just ordered their guest book and promise to post some pictures when it arrives. Until then...
